Today’s training is “Singapore”.
In Singapore there were plenty of places for training. At midnight it was so less crowded, even in the center of the City, that you could do a Handstand without anybody staring (LOL).
And...
you could also do some suspension Bars.
I was able to enjoy a good and healing training.
Training is fun and healthy (^^)
