Miso & other favorites
It was a little late, but I started to make MISO.
I was just taught its process once, so I don’t know if I made it in the proper way.
But I’m sure rice malt works harder in the fermentation to make Miso tasty.
Surely, I can live while drinking MISO soup next year too. To finish up, I put salt and sake lees on ingredients and prayed “Hope it becomes good” and closed the lid.
See you next year, MISO.
And, belatedly, organically-grown Black beans that I received last year.
and Rapeseed blossoms in mustard dressing, I had.
Seasonable foods contain substances the body needs. So I feel grateful about it.
On March 11, I used vegetable crayons to draw a Daruma doll of Deko-Yashiki.
I also drew another favorite stuff.
I have a lot of favorites, living things and relationships around me.
I spent a quiet time with light turned off at night.
