Today, we performed at a corporate event in Shinagawa from the morning. (^^)
Performance ended around noon and then, I went for a stroll
Strolling around Shinagawa Bay Area, aimlessly.
Konan side of Shinagawa (east side of Shinagawa Station) has a relaxed atmosphere and it is hard to believe I'm still in the 23 wards of central Tokyo and I could chill out ( ?ω?)
In addition, there is a variety of fitness equipment all over the park. It's nice. (・ω・)
If you continue to work out so hard, you body could become worn out.
Hard workout causes soreness which I didn’t know before.
So you can develop both physically and mentally, even so, you need to take time off.
But there are some people who feel uncomfortable taking a rest. For those people, I recommend “Active Rest” such as taking a stroll.
By the way, walking is good not only for the body, but also for the brain. It’s said that Aristotle and his students conducted lectures and discussions while walking.
