An Egg is not just an Egg

I eat eggs.

Eggs of chicken, which are raised with genetically modified feed and antibiotic, are still in the majority of the market. There are more people who try to know how eggs are made. And ingredients thereof have been listed on a food label excerpt for processed food in a situation where regulations are loose.

That makes it a bit easier for consumers to choose safe food, I think.

I choose eggs laid by free-range chickens which eat grass as much as possible.

I will not choose eggs of chickens raised as if manufacturing industrial products.

The same can be said about meat.

It’s not only for animals, but also for me, children (if I have ones in the future), nephew and niece, and little friends.

I choose the future in my daily life.

Slowly produced, ordinary, light yellow and soft egg.

I’d like to make “Tamago kake gohan” with such an egg.

Special treatment in my house.
