Today's training is "Rainy season"
It’s rainy season, It’s a hard time, isn’t it?
Immediately, senses are dulled and I'm in bad shape.(LOL)
In such cases,
I don't push myself
I’ll keep working to the best of my ability at that time.
When I can only do 60% of what I usually can, if I push myself thinking “I can still keep it up!”, a gap between body and feelings leads to lots of problems.
I want to be able to monitor my condition and to do my best within the range of it.
For now, drinking coffee, I chill out.
And it’s rainy season now.
I bought a new rain jacket.
