This sweet potato was amazingly delicious!
It was fried together with some thin, white things.
I was intrigued, and wondered “ why is this so delicious?” I was interested to know, how the white crispy things tasted like, or how they were seasoned, so I tried to eat a couple of them alone.
But, would you believe it? They had no taste of their own at all! (LOL) They tasted just like the Sweet potato. However, I was really surprised that the taste would change so much by changing the texture.
When you go to Taiwan, please try these three dishes.
