A new creation

It's been over a month since the ART Exhibition ended. I have been experimenting with Chocolate almost every day recently, in search of a more refined taste than the Chocolate displayed at the ART Exhibition.

Thanks to this, I've completed it having a good feeling.

Since I have changed more than half the raw Ingredients from the previous chocolate, it is a completely different chocolate, but it has become more satisfying than the last time.

The raw Ingredients are as follow:

Cacao Butter

Cacao Powder


Peanut Paste

Coconut Milk

Vanilla Essence


Arrowroot Starch

And some days ago, I got the Qualification as Chocolate Sommelier. It was fun to learn various things such as the origin of chocolate. ^ – ^
