Losing sight of myself

"Let’s love the rain on rainy days.

I will like the wind on a windy day.

Let’s take a walk on a sunny day."

This is a poem from Horiguchi Daigaku, who was a poet from Meiji to Showa era. It expresses the heart of accepting everything and enjoying the moment.

“Why don’t you feel fine”, says that it is important not to seek something that is not there but to feel and enjoy whatever in front of you.

It’s a great poem, isn’t it?

“I’ am going to save time by multi-tasking in parallel”, simple as I, sometimes eat while looking at a smartphone. But if I do such a thing, I will not know the taste of the food, and the information obtained from the smartphone at that time is often not a big deal.

When you eat, various sensitivities are refined by tasting it well with eyes, tongue and nose.

It is a poem that I want to remember when I lost sight of myself in busyness.
