Well this time I participated again on Joony’s Bootcamp.
You need a good balance to stand on a ball and do some Squats. I could just stand on it on my knees, and the inside of my legs was already tingling.
But Joony can stand on it and do Squats with a dumbbell. It’s the kind of training the USA Marine Corps do.
I hope, with enought training, I can someday be like him.
