Detox

(Note) There is no connection between the above photo and the contents of Diary. (LOL)

Today's Training is "Detox".

When hearing the word ‘Detox’, I think you have a strong image of sweating. But, actually, sweating just releases a small amount of toxins from the body.

Certain data shows that it is just 5 %.

Surprising, isn’t it? ∑(゜Д゜)

Of course, there are differences between individuals.

For those who sweat a lot like me, the said ratio may be higher.

Returning to the point, you start to wonder how you ever detox your body.

It is a fact that has a lot to do with urination and bowel movement.

It’s not likely enough just taking a sauna bath.

So, what is necessary when you want to detoxify is;

From a standpoint of eating habits,

1. To Drink plenty of fluids (not a large amount at a time, frequently).

→promoting urination.

2. To get plenty of dietary fiber such as vegetables.

→promoting bowel movement.

3. To eat fermented food.

→improving intestinal environment.

From a standpoint of lifestyle habits,

4. To get moderate exercise.

→facilitating blood flow and removing waste products from the body.

5. To stretch.

→increasing blood flow by stimulating muscle fibers.

That’s all I can say for now.

By the way, after putting the above in practice, I didn’t fall sick so often unless I exercise too much. (LOL)

Please try it out, everyone. (^_^)

The flu is going around recently, so I wrote this topic in diary.

And detoxification is important, but, for prevention of influenza, gargling and hand-washing are important.

Last, during Hay Fever season, you tend to often touch your nose and eyes. But, bacteria and virus easily enter the body via the mucous membranes, so be careful not to rub your eyes and pick your nose. (^_^)

Let’s work out healthy- and happily. (^^)
