To the sky... and beyond!

Today's Training is “horizontal bar”.

I’m sorry for the delay in updating my diary. m(__)m.

Some may be asking, “Who is looking forward to such a diary?” (LOL), but I’m sorry if someone

I wrote about hard workout in the diary after a long time.

When I say that, it’s just bar training…

Recently, I gradually got to be able to do basic tricks and advanced ones. So I started so-called

“Air” routine a bit.

"Air” is a general term for routines which actually jump over the bar.

(Please do not suddenly jump without correct knowledge because it’s dangerous.)

I’m still in training, so I practice with low bar.

Sometimes, I do with high bar when I’m in good form.


Getting a running start,


Someday, I will fly to the sky!

If I wish, I could fly even to the sky o(^_-)O
