The author, Takahashi-san, wrote, he wants people to serve one dish made of Ancient Seeds vegetables (he uses words including Open Pollinated Seed [OPS]) Native Seeds vegetables and Traditional vegetables) which taste and look unique, on the table, as well as in understanding the convenience of First Filial generation and custom cultivation.
The Ancient Seeds vegetables, which Takahashi-san mention, can be rarely found in natural foods stores so it's difficult to get them even if you want to eat them, isn't it?
I thought "Why can't I find them!? " when I searched. But after I met SAKUMA grass farm, I can eat them now.
It was Open cultivation. The vegetables of the season arrived, so I felt the seasons.
There are people who keep bringing up seeds even in small scale, and grow OPS and Native Species vegetables in the country. You can find these people. But, it might be prohibited by law, to do in-house seed production or grow OPS and native Seeds vegetables n the future.
Of course, I don't want that.
It's a different story from classes but I got a bamboo shoot this year anyway.
