I sometimes assume such a posture during bouldering.
Say I have no other choice or there is something I have to do this way. I don't intend to do an amazing posture but it's a showy move so I want to do it when I have such a problem.
But even in what looks as a quiet move, there are many difficulties that only the person who is doing it can know. When I see a good climber,
"You solve that problem..."
"You made it without force..."
A good climber can use legs good or shift a center of gravity. When I see a good climber, it looks easy, but when I try to do the same, I often think "How come...?
"Try it, or you can't understand it".
A senior climber needs some power but the power is not all. It's really interesting.
The Monthly Niigata Komachi has been published this month!
I wrote my column which title was "An unforgettable stage".
It's already a half way in the second year. I'll do the best of best each time.
